Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of UC Video Downloader. You accept them by accessing the website or calling its API.

2. The service

UC Video Downloader resolves public UC Drive and UC Browser share links, lists the video files in a share, and lets you stream or download those files through encrypted, short-lived links. It also provides a browser-based video player. The service is provided for personal, lawful use.

3. No affiliation

UC Video Downloader is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UCWeb, UC Browser, UC Drive, Alibaba, or their affiliates. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

5. Acceptable use

• Download only content you own or have explicit permission to save.
• Do not use the service to infringe copyright or to distribute private videos without consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the API, or automate requests at a scale that degrades the service for others.
• Do not use the service to access files you are not authorized to access, or to probe for private shares.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service as your own.

6. Copyright and content

You are solely responsible for the content you resolve and download. The service does not host the videos; it relays files from UC storage. If you believe content is being accessed in violation of your rights, contact us through the contact page. We will investigate and, where appropriate, block access to the relevant link.

7. Availability and changes

The service depends on UC Drive's public interfaces and on Cloudflare. Those interfaces can change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any link will resolve.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the service are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operators against claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your downloaded content, or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

11. Third-party links and services

The service interacts with UC Drive and performs downloads through Cloudflare. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a competent court in that jurisdiction.
